2. Wait to hear from your local coordinator
We will let your local coordinator know that you have joined the scheme. If your community does not have a coordinator, we will work with you directly.
3. Place an order
Each month, your local coordinator will ask you if you’d like to place an order. If you do, complete the order form and send to your coordinator before the deadline. Your order increases our negotiating power, so once submitted, we regard it as binding. Members without a local coordinator can order directly with Humber and Wolds Rural Community Council (HWRCC).
4. Sit back whilst we negotiate the price
Each month, we negotiate the best price from a wide range of local suppliers. Your local coordinator will inform you who the supplier is, the price per litre (exclusive of VAT – currently at 5%) and the date of delivery. This information will also be displayed on the Humber and Wolds Rural Community Council (HWRCC) website:

5. Pay the supplier and take delivery of your oil
The supplier will get in touch directly to arrange payment and your oil will be delivered approximately 10 working days after the order deadline.
