Yes. All meetings of the Cabinet are open to the public, but there may be some matters which will be considered in private. During such situations, members of the public will be asked to leave the meeting at this point. The circumstances under which we can consider matters in private are tightly controlled by law.
However, in accordance with the Local Authorities Regulations 2012, members of the public may make representation to the Chief Executive regarding the exclusion for the considering of exempt items. For more information please see the following document:

Seating in the public gallery is limited, therefore places must be booked in advance by contacting the Committee Manager on the contact details below. Members of the public and press are encouraged to view proceedings on the council's committee YouTube channel where the meeting can be viewed live or at a later date.
